A rescue team recently shared a series of photos depicting their mission to save a small dog from a dire situation. The team found the dog tethered on a narrow, trash-filled road, highlighting the poor conditions in which he had been living.

One member of the rescue team expressed their emotions during the discovery, saying, “There are really no words to describe how I felt at that moment!

This dog is absolutely adorable and it’s clear he’s been left here for quite some time,” the officer remarked, his voice tinged with concern. “Look, there’s feces all around the area. That’s a clear sign he’s been chained up here for days without proper care

Once the team freed the dog from his chain, they named him Armor and immediately transported him to a veterinarian due to his deteriorating health.

At the veterinary clinic, the medical team conducted a thorough examination of Armor and quickly identified several alarming health issues. The poor dog was suffering from extreme dehydration and profound physical weakness, likely the result of prolonged neglect.

In addition, he showed signs of painful fungal infections and a severe case of scabies, which had left his skin raw and inflamed. It was immediately clear that Armor had endured a long period of hardship and urgently needed medical attention and compassionate care.

They began prompt treatment, helping to rehydrate and nourish him, which was crucial as Armor was severely weakened.

Within a week, Armor showed promising signs of recovery. With a proper wash and medication for his skin issues, he began to regain his strength and social demeanor.
