One of her wounds had become infected and was infested with maggots. Those who found her suspected that she had been attacked by another dog.

Scooter was gently taken to a local animal hospital, where staff treated her for two broken hind legs and her infected wounds. Her journey to recovery was extensive and challenging.

After months of dedicated medical care, love, and rehabilitation, Scooter was finally strong enough to begin the next chapter of her life—a search for a forever home.
